How to Make Your Own Vegan Parmesan Powder

Sprinkling some extra flakes of flavor on top of your pasta dinner, salad or soup is always a great shout and this plant-based parmesan recipe is an easy vegan cheese recipe. It’s salty, tangy, cheesy, and really delicious! It is also an incredibly easy and fast recipe:


- 1 cup of raw cashew nuts

- 2 table spoons of nutritional yeast

- 1 tea spoon of garlic powder

- 1/2 tea spoon of salt


- Put all the ingredients in your coffee grinder or single cup blender and blend till everything is thinly grinded.

You can place your vegan parmesan in a glass jar to keep it fresh.
