Blood Orange Vinaigrette

This is a SUPER simple recipe for Blood Orange Vinaigrette. You can also swap out the blood orange for any citrus that you have on hand, such as grapefruit, lemon, lime, or orange. You may choose to add a dash of honey if it's too sour or tart for your preference.


Combine ingredients:

- 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- Juice of 1 blood orange

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Fresh herbs, chopped (basil, parsley, cilantro mint are all great!)


Whisk together in a bowl or shake to combine in a mason jar. Add a deliciously vibrant kick to salads & veggies.
