MEET YOUR PURVEYORS

Riv Bread_edited.jpg

Riviera Bread Company is owned by Vanessa Borden who is also the baker extraordinaire! She focuses on producing the highest quality sourdough bread using four simple ingredients ~ organic flour, water, salt, and yeast. She utilizes a long and slow fermentation process (18-36 hours) in order to develop unique flavor characteristics, allowing for easier digestion and the release of more readily available micronutrients.

Sarah is passionate about local and natural food which is evident as soon as you get to enjoy her vibrant small-batch fruit vinegar. She sources her fruit from small-scale, community-based farmers and utilizes a natural fermentation process, with no added sugars. We love adding Sideyard Shrubs to vinaigrettes, sauces, sodas and cocktails.

KELPFUL

Kelpful was created by a small group of friends who are passionate about the ocean and who wanted to share the nutritional benefits of seaweed with our community. They sustainably wild harvest the seaweed by hand at low tide and then carefully dry it in the sun to use in their delicious spice blends and self-care products.

MISSION ROSE PASTA

Mission Rose Pasta originated in 1998 in Isla Vista where Chef Michael Glazer began making fresh pasta for his small restaurant. Over the years his fresh pastas have been enjoyed in a variety of Santa Barbara’s restaurants and featured on Chef Michael’s seasonal private dining menus.

Mission Rose Pasta produces traditional small-batch, fresh pastas, seasonal sauces, and butters in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. Each shape style is extruded through bronze dies, allowing sauces and flavors to attach to their rustic textures. All of our pastas are made with 100% Certified Organic Semolina Flour and Filtered Water, and are egg-free.
